R.W. Murray Co. to Build Corporate Plaza at Quantico Center Project
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - R.W. Murray Co. has been awarded a contract to provide general contracting services for the Corporate Plaza at Quantico Center project. This three building, 51,600 square foot, speculative office development is located on 4 acres of ground on Fettler Park Drive in Dumfries, Va. The contemporary glass and concrete buildings were designated as a Targeted Industry development within Prince William County because it is a speculative office development. The site is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 95 and Route 234, just four miles from Quantico Marine Corps Base. Quantico Marine Corps Base will be gaining an additional 3,000 employees in 2011 as part of the Base Realignment and Closure recommendations (BRAC).
Construction began on the project in June and a late November completion is anticipated. The units will be available for lease or purchase.
