R.W. MURRAY CO. RECEIVES TWO AWARDS

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, R. W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, received two awards at the Best of NAIOP Awards ceremony at the Ritz Carlton on Thursday evening, November 15, 2007.

R. W. Murray Co. received awards in two categories:

Best Building Renovation: Award of Excellence for Suburban Animal Hospital. Team members for the project included Dr. Gary and Mrs. Cindy Schrader, Innovative Design Group, R.C. Fields, Jr. & Associates and R.W. Murray Co.

Best Building, Low Rise (1-3 stories): Award of Excellence for Ryan Park. Team membersfor the project included DVA Architects, Long Companies, RRP, LLC and R.W. Murray Co.

"Receiving these highly coveted awards attributes to the commitment to excellence throughout all the phases of the building process from all team members involved. Northern Virginia NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) is a regional trade association for commercial and industrial real estate developers, owners, and investors and service providers for the industry. The association provides educational programs, state and local legislative representation, and networking opportunities for the commercial and industrial development industry.
