R.W. MURRAY CO. SELECTED TO COMPLETE BUILDING
RENOVATION PROJECT IN WASHINGTON, DC

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – May 17, 2011 -- R.W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, was recently awarded a renovation and expansion project at 1200 New Hampshire Avenue, NW a 310,000 square foot Class A office building in Washington, DC.

The project includes renovations to the building façade as well as the lobby including:

• a new 22-foot high glass façade,
• imported Italian stone flooring and walls with custom bronze panels,
• a two-story lobby with expansive plaza entrance,
• a green roof.

The building owner, AION Partners has also selected R.W. Murray Co. to complete several tenant improvement projects on additional floors of the building including the expansion and full renovation of the existing fitness facility.
