R.W. Murray Co. Completes Speculative Office Building
75% Leased Upon Delivery
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – October 15, 2009 -- R.W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, announced the recent completion of Government Center Professional Building, a four-story, Class A office/retail building located at 12581 Milstead Way in Woodbridge, VA.
Construction on the 26,000 square-foot building began in September 2008 and was completed in 9 months. Designed by Loveless Porter Architects for building owner Hamid Ghassemi of AACM, LLC, the space is already 75% leased and occupied. In addition to the shell building construction, R.W. Murray Co. also completed several of the tenant build-outs including Century 21, Allstate Insurance and Mid-County Physical Therapy.

A ribbon cutting/grand opening ceremony will be held at the building on October 22, 2009.
