R.W. MURRAY CO. LANDS TENANT BUILD OUT FOR QWEST
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – April 17, 2009—R.W. Murray Co., a privately held commercial general contracting firm, announced today their award of a tenant build out project for Qwest Communications. The telecommunications provider is slated to occupy 67,000SF at 2900 Towerview Road in Herndon, VA.
Scope of work includes extensive mechanical and electrical requirements as well as the addition of a 7,800SF mezzanine for office and warehouse space. Project will begin immediately with scheduled occupancy August 2009.
