Retail Market Remains Strong
R.W. MURRAY CO. SELECTED TO BUILD PENDER VILLAGE CENTER
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – October 24, 2008 -- R. W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, has been awarded a $13 million contract by Atlantic Realty Companies to construct Pender Village Center in Fairfax, Virginia.
RW Murray Co. will construct a two story 86,000 SF office and retail building, part of a 138,921 SF retail center, anchored by Harris Teeter. Pender Village Center is located in a thriving market, conveniently located at the intersection of Route 50 and Fair Ridge Drive. Anticipated delivery is Fourth Quarter of 2009. Rounds Vanduzer is providing architectural services.
