PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - December 14, 2007 -- R. W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, announced today their recent project awards totaling nearly $13 million dollars which represents more than 225,000 square feet in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

The projects include:

• Convergys - a tenant renovation project in Reston, Virginia
• First Potomac Suites - a tenant improvement project in Sterling, Virginia
• Commerce Bank - an office, shell building in Essex, Maryland
• Next Flight IV - a warehouse distribution facility in Manassas, Virginia
