MediaTech, Inc. Selects R.W. Murray Co. to Build New Facility

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – R.W. Murray Co. has been awarded a contract to provide general contracting services for the Mediatech facility in Western Prince William County. The 100,000 square foot project will house Mediatech’s new corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation.

The new tilt-up concrete facility is located on ten acres of ground in Innovation Park and has been designated as a Targeted Industry development by Prince William County because of the many new biotechnology and manufacturing jobs it will bring to the region.

Construction began on the project in August of 2006 and will be completed in July of 2007.

Mediatech, Inc., (http://www.cellgro.com) is a manufacturing and research firm that produces cell culture and molecular biology reagents to biopharmaceutical, academic and government research facilities.

Springfield, Va.-based BeeryRio is providing architectural services.
