Rigg deserves the highest praise for the tremendous job he did on this project. Working with numerous parties involving a buildout for state agencies can be challenging and frustrating. Rigg was extremely patient and flexible with miscommunications and changes. He was very attentive to modify last minute changes to ensure our satisfaction. The process went much smoother than I anticipated, and working with him and his crew was a very positive experience. Thank you Rigg! Kim Powell, Virginia Department of Labor and Industry
