Steve Daves Receives Award from Virginia Tech

Congratulations to our President, Steve Daves for receiving Virginia Tech’s 2015 Department of Building Construction Outstanding Alumnus Award!

Steve received this award for his outstanding service as an alumni and advisory board member to Virginia Tech’s Myers-Lawson School of Construction.  A graduate of the building construction program, Steve has served as an advisory board member since 2004.  His contributions as a board member have helped mold the school of constructions program to what it is today.  Congratulations Steve!

The Myers-Lawson School of Construction provides undergraduates and graduates more choices for pursuing construction education. It manages an accredited undergraduate degree in construction engineering and management, which complements existing degrees in BC and CEE. The school works with faculty from multiple departments to provide students with additional opportunities to pursue concentrations, minors, or support courses related to construction.
