R.W. Murray Co. Hires Four New Employees

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA - R. W. Murray Co., a privately-held general contracting firm located in Manassas, Virginia, announces four new hires: Kilber Arrington, Mike Rinaldi, Tom Majewski, and Laura Theimer.

Kilber Arrington joins the company as Project Manager. He brings over fifteen years experience in the construction industry, three of which were spent managing a variety of projects for a large national homebuilder. He has worked on a variety of high-end projects throughout the Washington, D.C., metro region. Mr. Arrington has extensive experience working with subcontractors and managing accelerated construction schedules.

Mike Rinaldi joins the company as Project Manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with over twenty-one years experience in the construction industry. Mike has held project management positions concentrating on a variety of high end interior projects, as well as retail, mixed use, and commercial base building projects.

Tom Majewski joins the company as Superintendent. He brings eleven years experience in all phases of commercial construction. He has supervised several projects including industrial and interior tenant build-outs throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Laura Theimer joins the company as Director of Corporate Communications. She comes from RGS Associates, Inc. where she spent three years assisting Defense and Civilian Agency customers implement operational changes. At R.W. Murray Co. Laura will provide direction and enhance programs for company communication initiatives internally and externally.
